
Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
At Aya Store, we want you to receive your order in perfect condition. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully before placing your order.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers have the right to open and inspect the package while the courier is present.
Please check that the product is:
- In good condition
- Not damaged or broken
- Matching the item you ordered
If the product is damaged, incorrect, or not as described, you may refuse the order immediately and pay only the shipping fee to the courier.
Returns After Delivery
Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted by the customer.
Returns after delivery are only accepted in cases of clear manufacturing defects, within the legally allowed period.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Used items
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Items missing parts or original packaging
- Custom or special-order products, unless defective
- Items refused after the inspection opportunity has passed
Deposits
Some orders may require a deposit, especially:
- High-value orders
- Special or custom orders
- Deliveries to remote areas
The deposit is deducted from the total invoice amount upon delivery.
If the customer cancels the order after shipping, shipping fees will be deducted from the deposit, and any remaining amount will be refunded.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method within a reasonable processing time.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
Please contact us before returning or exchanging any item.
Shipping Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error from Aya Store or a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
